auto light sensor

Can Anyone Tell Me Where The Sensor For The Auto On Head Light Is.
Mine Must Be Dirty Or Defected. It Comes On At The Oddess Times And Then Doesn't Come When It Should. 1999 F250 Ld 4x4, 5.4. Any Info Would Help.

on my thunderbird it is on top of the dash a small clear circle, not sure in these trucks though

On my 97 there is a little grill looking thing in the middle of the dash. I read that is where the sensor is.

Found It! Thanks Guys For The Info. My 99 Also Has The Little Grill In The Middle Of The Dash. Thanks For All Your Help.:d
