Hi,

I'm new to this site, I have a 1970 F-250 with 390.

I have had this truck about 3 years and had the carb rebuilt about a year ago. I just had exhaust replaced from the manifolds back, including 1 new manifold. Discovered my engine is rebuilt with 1974 heads.

I do have 1 issue, my engine runs and idles fine except when I shift it into park, the idle increases and races, and will not come down. Will adjusting the idle screw help this or do I need to look elsewhere?
