o2 sensor
I have a 1997 ford f150 runs really rough- had checked and they said bad 02 sensor sensor 1 passenger side - i replaced it and day later light back on- checked again bad o2 sensor drivers side sensor 1 replaced it light back on again day later - I give up Any body have any help out there for this? At $50 bucks a sensor can't keep replacing them forever. Help!!!!

i have a 98 f-150, 4.2. my truck was runnin rough, so i took it to the ford house. they gave me a list of 8 or 10 things that needed to be fixed. wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. told them i could do it myself. changed everything they said, and it still ran ruff. finally went to auto zone and had them run a check. come to find out it was my #3 injector. that wasnt on the list from the ford house. changed all 4 o2 sensors, maf,plugs and wires, and a couple other things. it was just a $40 injector. took mt father and i about 3 hours to fix. had to take the top of the engine off, but not to bad.. hope this helps
