DRW Front Hubs

I'm wondering if the front dually hubs off a '68 F-350 will work on a '78 F-350? They both have disc brakes. I've looked up the bearing and rotor sizes on the Napa website.

68 F-350
Rotor
Height - 3.850"
Diameter - 12.560"
Thickness - 1"
Bearings
Inner - Inside diameter - 1.625"
Inner - Outside diameter - 2.891"
Outer - Inside diameter - 1.000"
Outer - Outside diameter - 2.4409"
Seal
Inside diameter - 2.063"
Outside diameter - 3.005"
Width - .313"

78 F-350
Rotor
Height - 3.668"
Diameter - 12.560"
Thickness - 1.245"
Bearings
Inner - Inside diameter - 1.7812"
Inner - Outside diameter - 2.891"
Outer - Inside diameter - 1.000"
Outer - Outside diameter - 2.4409"
Seal
Inside diameter - 2.328"
Outside diameter - 3.005"
Width - .395"

Looks like it will fit the later spindles if I use the later bearings and seal. Does anyone know if the rotor differences are just because they use different calipers? The 68 has the bolt on dual piston calipers and the 78 has the sliding dual piston calipers. If so I should just have to get '78 rotors then?
