Speaker Not Working?

99 F150 4X4 Off Road 106,000

In Dash Single CD Player AM/FM
I noticed the other day the the rear passanger side speaker wasnt working, i just assumed that it was blown so i unplugged it and plugged a new speaker in. The new speaker didnt work either. The other three speakers work fine. I checked all connections and everything is plugged in. Any ideas why that speaker is not working? Any advice would be great thanks.

Possibly a bad amp in the head unit. You might check the plug on the back of the stereo.

Could also be a short in the wires from the amp to the speaker, the defect might not be visible.
