Help Me Please

i have a 99 f-350 4x4 7.3 powerstroke and here lately it has been blowing the same fuse. when it blows it kills the whole instument cluster and the throttle. now today it did it again and power door locks also went crazy. i have a scmt in it so i removed and no help. i think it is the # 19 fuse not sure have to go look.
please help me.

I have seen this before where it is actually the fuse panel itself that needs to be replaced when the probes on the panel get bent or broken.

just another bit of info it blows the fuse when i shift the lever on the column. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now that last bit of info is very important. You may need to pull the covers off of the column and check for a wiring short. There has been a lot of that lately.
