Question Long block

Has anyone ever used the companies Motorworks or Powerpro for a remanufactured long block????? If so please give some feed back, or point me on the right path.

Maybe check in the corresponding engine forum or the GAD forum

a company called "The Engine Factory" was well known on FTE

I don't recall the company that my dad got his long block from for his 77 F100, but it was just as good as any stock engine, and it works really good.... But if I would of been the one paying for it, I would of just rebuilt the engine I had to be just as relyable, but with some power.

I forgot to come back and add.

If you have a local engine builder, they will have short blocks or long blocks for sale.

get it locally to avoid possible future headaches

I completly agree with what Mil1ion said, My dad had trouble with the first engine they sent him, so they had to take it out, and ship it back and ship him another one. They paid for all the labor and shipping, but the truck was down and out for longer.
