97 stroker turbo

I know pwerstrokes dont have wast gates, but is it possible 2 pinch off a hose to the eletronic senor like they do as it was a waste gate?

94-97 powerstrokes dont have wastegates. 99-03 7.3s do.

The only sensor on our trucks turbo would be the map sensor, and you dont want to pinch that off. It will defuel your motor. So no dont pinch off anything
