Engine Catches Twice at Start-Up
Sometimes when I start my '05 PSD, the engine seems to 'catch' twice when it turns over. It sounds like it catches, then immediately does it again. Sorry if my explanation is lacking...it's difficult to explain, but if you've experienced it, I think you'll know what I'm talking about. Anyone else have this? Thanks.

What does the exhaust look like when this happens...excessive smoke? Have you inspected the starter, mine had a bolt missing when I purchased the truck.
