oil pickup
While I was tearing my engine down, one of my bolts holding the engine to the stand broke and the engine fell on the oil pickup. I have since rebuilt the engine and I "repaired" the pickup tube with a torch and a screwdriver to get it back into round. I'm not real happy with the way it came out but I have not been able to find the pickup tube through anyone. I can find oil pumps all day but I'm in desperate need of the pick up tube. The idiot light for the pressure goes out when the engine is running but I would be better off with a new tube i think. If anyone can offer help I would be appreciative.

Wow are you a savior!!!! All I'm in DESPERATE need of is the oil pickup off the oil pump. Just tell me how much it is and I'll take care of it. Happy FOrding!!!!
