1994 ranger high idle problem

hi group

hope you can shed some light on the problem. i have a 94 ranger 2.3 5-speed . the throttle idles very hi, like it's stuck. don't think it's the throttle body itself, but more electrical. took it today to advance atuo and they put the code reader on it. all the sensors(ie. maf, erg, tps, map) all were say that the voltage exceed recomended voltage. any thoughts
thanks
blaise
