Question on fuel guage
My buddies 92 pwd fuel guage only reads to 1/2 full when the tank is full. Was wondering where to start looking. I was thinking at the tank where the sending unit is located. Any ideas out there.

I'd start at the tank. I'd see if I could buy a sender with the option to return it so that I don't ahve to wait for it to come in. Drop tank, turn key to run and move the float up and down and see if it changes

I have heard of a couple on here that had a pin hole in the float that would cause it to partially fill effecting its bouancy. They Fixed the float and all was well but it is most likely either the float or the sender in the tank
