I have a 2005 Ford F 150 with the stock bed rails/caps. They are getting sun bleached. I have tried all kinds of plastic cleaners and scrubs but nothing brings them back to the original shine. Does anyone think that this would be something that would be covered under the standard warranty? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes that is one of several different products that I have tried. I even thought that using a soft scub pad to apply the Back to Black might have a better outcome...no such luck! Thanks for the suggestion..
you should look in the back of a motocross magazine... they have this stuff in them which is for renewing plastics that are worn/faded/scratched, etc. i cant remember exactly what it is called.... but might be worth a shot.
I would start at the dealer. Their warranty says bumper to bumper and the bed rails are in between. If you persist enough i'm sure you can get your way. Just can't let them get off with a no at first, if they try it sit down and state your case, and most important stand your ground. demand to talk to the service manager, if you don't get your way there go for the General Manager.
