I worked on a few different projects around the casa yesterday, so not one of them got my full attention, but,
one thing I started working on was new tail lights on my small (4x8) trailer.
The brown wire is for the tails correct? there is only 1 coming from the front, so it either has to split somewhere (2 lights) or the lights are connected in series correct?
4-way flat wiring
brown- tail lights
green- right-hand side (where the grass is)
yellow- left-hand side (where the yellow stripe is)
white- ground
When I wired my trailer, the brown wire for the trailer was split in the plug, so there were two brown wires coming out the back of the plug, one for each tail light. The side marker lamps were wired in series with the tail light on that side.
I got new lights at auto zone, then got new wireing today... It''s just that I didnt plan on rewiring the whole system, o well, now I'll know that its done right
