Sport trac ?

I have a 2001 sport trac and I have a 99 mountainer the mountainer has a 5.0 can it be installed in the sport tac (it is a 4.0) with out major mods. thanks sorry for spelling.

Yes.

Install 5.0L engine and tranny in Exploder along with the engine harness and computer, reprogram for PATS and be done with it, pretty much.
