Dual timing pointers?
My '71 302 has the timing pointer bolted to the passenger side of the timing cover as many do. it has the normal sharp tipped pointer, but also, about two inches left on the same pointer bracket is a small, maybe 1/2" piece of tubing pointing down at the timing marks.
I can't figure out what that one is for. Anybody know? Thanks
