A nice surprise

I just started having problems with my truck after the 05E15 program was worked at the dealer. 3 EGR Coolers in 8K miles. I wrote Ford a letter complaining about how I couldn't even trade the truck because dealers don't want them. Today in the mail I got a letter offering me a trade assistance allowance. I was floored. I called my dealer and told him what they sent me and he got with his business manager. They are okay with it and I will be getting my new truck this weekend. I was not given an option to wait for the 6.4L, but who cares!

Funny, I got two out of three pretty good trade offers on my truck here in the DFW area....it was the Ford dealer that low balled me over $ 5K. Glad to here that Ford Corp. is doing something positive for you...good job.

Are you gonna mod this one up or wait a while?

I already have some NEW stuff ready. Bully Dog has a bunch of new stuff being released at SEMA, and I was having to wait before I installed it on my truck anyway. After I get back next Saturday the work will begin only difference will be it will be on a new truck.

Yes, there is definately no direct correlation whatsoever between modded trucks and trucks with endless problems. No sir, no correlation whatsoever.

Okay now, this is just personal, you may have your own experience with bully dog, and I know nothing of what they are coming out with, but. You dont want that nice pretty NEW Truck messed up man! I think bully dog is good, and for the dodges, sure go with it hell go crazy larry and watch ur engine blow. But I think you could get somethin better for it and if you look around the forum like ive been tryin to do alot lately, I dont think ive seen many, people running bullydog. SCT seems to be the choice power, but do alot of research! Ticked me off when I got my truck, dumped performance in and didnt even do the research I shouldve to find the good stuff!

I recently was offered $29,500 for my 04 F350 dually as soon as I pulled on the lot. Was looking at a 07 F250 4x4 Larriet Crew Cab before they knew I get employee purchase pricing. Was gonna do the deal but my accountant said can't do it yet. Have to sell the truck out right.
