8RT engine parts available
I went to check on my 8RT block which was being magnifluxed at the engine shop. The block was cracked so its junk. I still have all the parts that came off the engine. If anyone needs any of these parts pm me and we will make arrangements to get the m to you. I don't want to throw them in a dumpster if someone else can use them. I can be reached at 330.353.0605. I live in Massillon Ohio about 55 miles south of Cleveland. Hopefully these parts can help someone out. I was upset because this is my second flathead I tore apart. Now I tore a flat 6 a 7HA motor apart. It will be magnifluxed tomorrow.

Most flathead blocks are cracked. Did you investigate repair? I've seen threads on this forum regarding evaluating a crack's repairability (can you see both ends of the crack?). I've heard tell of a shop that was selling blocks (with repairable cracks) that they were scrapping for customers. Some have said that the cracks are latent features in these flathead blocks.
