There is no direct replacement for the stock master cylinder that I am aware of, but there are several bolt-on adapters available that are relatively inexpensive compared to the huge gains in safety and master cylinder availability. Check with Sacramento Vintage Ford.

I bought a duel master cylinder (mustang)along with the mounting adapter and a couple of reducer fittings for the lines. I had the unit installed in a couple of hours.
I would suggest changing the brake lines and hoses first. Your more likely to have one of these fail.
