1985 wagon question
ok heres the deal... ive got 2 grand marquis'- 1 is a 1986 sedan with a trashed body that im pulling the engine out of and retrofitting a carb to to go in my maverick- the sedan doesnt have a straight body panel on it but all the electronics work, the 85 wagon is totally straight and interior is good but all the window drives are stripped out and the radio doesnt work... my question is do you think i should fix the wagon up and keep it as a spare vehicle or should i scrap it as well and just pull the engine and tranny out for my pinto? im sure you all know how hard it is to part with a vehicle but sometimes it has to be done

At times, it seems that it is a waste to part one out in such good condition, but unless you really feel it worth it, it's not. Wagons like that just don't have resale, so personal use is the only other way to recover any cost. So, unless you want or need it, I would just part it.
