Another recovery question

I'm in the process of making a recovery still. My friend that I make Bio with just called me and said he read in a book (I think Girlmarks) that the tubing in the condenser has to be stainless (no copper or aluminum). Any info on this? And also I was planning on using 3/8 for the condenser tubing. Too big? Too small?

Copper is fine. Thats what I've been using for 3 years with no problems. Mine is also 3/8", so you are "good to go"
