gauges liquid or electric???

gauges liquid or electric???

..i got the phantoms oil presure and water temp gauges.i got them electric...are they just as good as the liqid ones. i realy didnt like the thought of hot oil and coolent running in plastic lines in the cab

I think they're better, for the same reason you listed. From an accuracy standpoint I doubt if there is any difference.

You're good with the electric ones. Just ordered some myself actually. Should be just as accurate, and much easier to hook up. You'd need some isolators if you wanted to run those gauges into the cab, and wanted mechanical gauges.

by liquid your refering to mechanical right? not liquid filled guages.

that said, i run all electric in my 02 250. in my rockcrawler i run mostly mechanical since there is less chance for failure.

youll be fine w/ the electric guages.

yes i did mean mechanical ...thanks for responce..sounds like im good to go then
