Apparently the reason I wasn't drawing fuel from the rear tank, is because the fuel pump in the tank is bad. Lucky for me, the tank is fuel. Can anyone give me some tips on how to drop the tank without spilling it everywhere? Two jacks raising it and lowering it?
Also, where can I buy a proper service manual, like what they use at the dealerships? My Hanyes manual doesn't show things like how to replace the seal on my power steering gearbox....
I got ford cd manual on ebay I havent got to deep in to it but alot of info. As for the tank problem siphon it out I did one on a 93 and used 1/2 tubing and drained most of it out.(used hand pump) If don't drain use old car rim on top of your floor jack this will spread jacks lift out ot larger area and be more stable. Loosen straps lowwer so get hands in to disconect lines, power, ect. and slowly lower good luck

Siphon the gas out. I used a little $4 siphon and pump kit from walmart because it has a smaller diameter tube than most other kits, and the tubing was cheap so it was kind of stiff. The good tubing you'll normally see is soft and very flexible. The stiffer the tubing the easier it is to get into the tank.
I siphoned the gas out as much as I could before I did my tanks.
