I am visiting from the 6.0 Forum and it looks like you guys are just as knowledgable as all the great individuals over there.
A buddy with an F150 called me yesterday and said his truck was acting "funny", and I thought I would see what I could find out on FTE.
From what he has told me so far the only problems he can detect are between 40 - 60 MPH when he is maintaining a constant speed the truck shakes and "bucks" like it is losing power.
I know this is not all that specific but has anyone had this problem before or any thoughts on what might work to fix it. I am going to look at it this weekend and any help on where to start would be great.
I too have rolled over to here seaking help on another truck. I had a '96 with a similar probelm. I checked and replaced al kinds of stuff. My problem was that the transmission oil was just barely too low. Since then I have kept it on the high side. It would be a cheap fix if you had the same.
