2001 Excursion Running Board Lights

Just Bought A 2001 X , How Do U Change The Lights On The Running Boards . Do U Remove The Panel From The Bottom .....

Yes, remove the panel from the bottom.

I didn't have to remove the panel to get to the lights. I was able to just twist them enough to pull it out and replace.
