HELP she wont turn off!!!!!!!!!!!
87 F250 2wd auto 302 5 ltr
Finally got her running, now she won't turn off.
seems to be stuck in the run position because when I turn it off and take the keys out, lights are still on, (check engine, battery, rear antilock) all the lights you would see when you trun the key on just before turning it over. went to turn it off and was able to turn it all the way back, lock wheel and remove keys and the engine still ran. had to pull the pump to filter fuel line to kill it

A good knock on the inertia switch will kill it. That'd be much safer then disconnecting the fuel line... Also you can take out the pump relay...
Check the ignition switch. It's located on top of the column. There's a rod that goes from the key to the switch, make sure that's where it's supposed to be. You may just need a new switch.
