Sacramento Vintage Ford (www.vintage-ford.com) or 1-888-FORD-100 has a complete kit for the '53 for $520. It includes: tempered glass(clear, tinted, or smoke), special brackets, all required felts, lower metal glass holders and instructions for BOTH doors. I'm sure other places have one-piece conversion kits, but Sac Vin Ford has been right on with me on every part I've purchased from them. And I've purchased A LOT from them! Fitment has been excellent and the quality is there. They have a nice picture of the conversion on page 295 of their catalog.
