Please can any-one advise me ?
We got our first explorer last week it's a great car but
Today on the way home from work the self levelling suspention warning light came on and as a female traveling alone I don't like to keep stopping to flick the switch does any-one know why it's doing this and how to fix it

No, I am not familar enough with that system to diagnois it from "the light came on". You really need a ford compliant code scanner possibly even a j2534 interface to find out what is not doing. It should be a simple system, height sensor, airpump, lines and piston/bag. You need to find out if the compressor is running, and check all relevent fuses.
