49 cab

can i use a 51 f-3 cab in stead of my 49 f-1 cab??
the 49 is rusted out pretty good but the 51 has a few holes but is real work able.
can i just switch tags??
i didnt look at my 51 before i wrapped it up for the winter.
or should i just find another 49 and switch tags??

I think the only difference is going to be the back window, dash.

i wanna keep it stock but i am thinking about cutting some corners for now and usint the 51.
until i can get some money to redo the 49.
but the 51 will be my next project.
once my tools decide i can redo the 49.
i just burnt up a drill today.

If you're going to redo the '51 later, wouldn't it just be easier to find another cab and keep the '51 together for now? If you can't repair or find another cab in time you'll still have the '51 to use.

49 cab

Have access to 49 F-2 and won't be using the cab. Will be using doors and some other parts. If you have a use for it and have means of getting the cab it is yours. I would rather have someone make use of it than put it in the crusher.
