Pull the 5A fuse in the little fusebox in the corner of the firewall and the driver's fenderwell. There are only two fuses in there, just pull the 5A fuse for 10 minutes.
This will reset the computer, including the codes. Consult your owner's manual for how the truck will behave for awhile.
You can also disconnect the negative cable on your battery for about 10 minutes too. That's what I did and it worked. Granted now I have to reprogram my CD player, it's not that big of a deal.

Ya know, there's a reason I suggest pulling only the exact fuse that is needed to do the job.......
Why make more work for yourself (or anyone else)?

I only had my radio programmed because the guy at Best Buy who installed it set the time. I never used it for the clock anyway, that's why I have my cell phone and a watch. So it doesn't bother me at all. If I would have known about the fuse I probably would have done that method, but I didn't so know that I know I'll use it next time.
