wiring for automatic choke/ ps pulley

I have a 1982 f-100 6 cyl with 60,000 miles on it. It was my fathers untilhe passed. The wire that leads to the automatic choke is missing. It appears as if it was pulled off. I have no ideal as to where the wire is suppose to come from. Also the metal tubes that go from the carb to the exchaust manifold are rusted out. Can they be pulged at the carb and left off. Also i can't seem to find the pulley for the power stering pump.. My father warped it when he changes out the power steering pump. where can another one be purchased? thanks

the wire for the choke comes from the alternator harness, and the pully for the power steering pump.. i would just go to a junk yard and get a used pump then have someone with the pully removal tool take the pully off for you.
