Air bag
Hey guys! I have a 1996 F-150 eddie bauer ext cab. short box, 5.8L, auto trans, 4X4, with 200,000 miles. About a year ago or so, my air bag light flashes what I think is a code. It flashes twice, waits a second or two, then flashes three times. A long wait, then two, then three flashes. Code 23??? Anybody heard of this before? Any help would be great. Thanks.

your clockspring is bad.
you have to remove steering wheel to get to it.
disconnect the battery when working on the air bag, flashing or not.
