not sure if it's like my cd version but..
push the RDS button once. it will say select hour. use the level buttons to set. hit the RDS button again, it will say select min, use the level button to set. hit RDS, done.

Just push the clk button and use (seek And tune )while your holding down clk.. (Clock button lol )..That's how mine is
