rough idle

rough idle

at idle my truck runs rough. when i first start it it runs at 1300 to 1500 rpms and slowly drops. when i jump on the expressway and get on it it feels like it misses and has no power. i'd appreciate it if someone could help. thanks

What engine and year?

If it's a 5.4 or 6.8 it sounds like:
(1) Boot, Coil, Plug
(2) 90 deg elbow for PCV (attached at throttle body) could be torn/ripped

it's a 99 f-250 with a 5.4. it's throwin a code that says its running lean. and now if I am goin down the road and let off the rpms jump up and down a couple times. i replaced the mass air flow sensor, fuel filter, o2. and checked for vaccum leak. i was thinking iac or tps. let me know what you think
