I have all four you mentioned, and I think I put in the Dahl (fuel) first, the tranny second, the coolant third, and the lube bypass last. There are photos of all of them in my gallery.
Next will be one in the power steering/hydroboost system.
i have the Dahl 150, and when i installed it, i had a very slight fuel leak. a drip or two when it's under pressure, and i had about a spot of 4-5 drips every morning. (i still have to get the correct fitting.) it leaked like that with #2 diesel, all the way up to b100, and now im running #2 again, it still leaks a tiny bit. but no, i think the Dahl is Bio-safe.
i also have a coolant filter from Dieselsite, and recommend it to anyone and everyone.
if you want pics of how i mounted the Dahl, just say so.
