Auto Trans Slippage?

I have an '02 F150 FX4, and have noticed a few times that my trans seems like it is slipping. It only does it in first gear. Has anybody ever experienced this and also does anyone know what it could be? Thanks in advance.

How many miles are on it? Has the fluid ever been changed? Is the level full?
