Edge Tuner

Hi I'm a newbie to the diesel world and to this forum so I hope I am posting this in the correct place...

I just purchased an 04' F250 Last night with the 6.0L the truck has alot of aftermarket stuff installed on it... the sales guy told me he thought the controller on the dash was for the sirius satalite radio.. LoL I looked at it an realized it was an Edge Tuner...

Question is I bought this truck used and without any information on the upgrades.. it was an awesome deal on a very clean truck..

So how can I tell which version of the EDGE tuner I have?

Also it has a lift kit on it, rides pretty well for it aswell..I am guessing it's a 4-6 inch lift whats the best way to tell what I have?

Thanks,
-=Rick

First I would check under the hood on the driver side behind the battery there will probably be a module in this area along the fender with wires like in a harness coming in and out of it. It should go through the fire wall to connect with that monitor in the cab. I have edge ez module and I only have a 3 position switch in the cab no monitor. It sounds like you have the edge juice version which is nice and comes with that monitor. You can also get on edge's web site for more info. I bought my module used for alot less than new before I bought it I emailed them and they answered my ?'s and told me what I needed to know. Good Luck! Vette tech

If in the menu, you have transmission control and can modify shifting, then you have the Juice Platinum version. If no transmission control, the you have the plain Juice.

Thanks,

Click on "Tech Support", then on "Product Instructions". You can download the user manuals.

You might be able to print out the instructions that should give you some info from edge's web site. I did that when I got my edge module used no box or instructions and it told me how it installs and things on the power output. Also warnings not to tow in performance mode mainly due to egt's.
