Talking Injectors

Alright guys, i've been looking at injectors and i was considering beans stage 2's, but now i just saw the thread about DIY injectors. Whats the deal on these things? Do they have comparable injectors to stage 2's? Do they have a website or anything? My 96 has been stock fueled long enough.... its time to make her a fire breathing monster.....

they wont be quite as hot as stage 2's. Stage 2's have a larger nozzle which means you can get fuel in faster and make more hp. If you get the DIY stage 2's DO NOT get the 530 nozzles, they are wrong. They will work, but will be smokey and wont make near as much hp as a similar injector with proper nozzle. DIY injectors are great for you guys to save a buck, but dont skimp on nozzles. i made 430hp with beans stage 2's and stock turbo, others with similar setups and swamp 175's (use 530 nozzles) were under 350hp.

just my .02

i highly recommend beans injectors, thats whats always been in my rig since the stockers left.

If you want to save some $ you could try buying nozzles from bean, then buying a DIY kit and go that route. But if something were to go wrong, you have no warrenty so more $ comes flying out of your wallet lol.
