Angry fuel leak

i started to smell fuel about a week ago, well i found where its coming from the fuel seperator line i checked the valve it seems tight but when i run the truck i can see it drip out of the tube in a steady drip i was thinking of plugging the line till i can get it fixed. i changed the filter but that did not help anyone else have this problem?

Mine was doing the same thing. Took it in to the dealer and was told that it is a peacock valve that was leaking. They said they would replace it for free.

Hi, this is my first post. Yes,I have the same problem and that is why I joined this forum. I went out to the garage after lunch today and saw a small puddle of diesel fuel on the garage floor. I've ruled out the fuel pump because the truck runs fine. I am thinking it's a hole in the hose or a bad seal. From what I can tell, the drip follows the contour of the front x member and falls at the bottom of the apex. I will have to get it up off the ground to have a look, but it should be an easy fix. In the 126k miles I have had the truck, this is the first issue I have ever had outside of brakes/shocks.
