I just got two good news this week!!! #1, We were aproved with the right situation for $250,000 for a duplex to buy and #2 with that insted of buying a new vehicle I can start looking for my older and bigger truck to make trips in to help our credit for our next house after the duplex!!! 
So here is my shopping list: 70's to '85 F250-350 crew cab with a 460,4spd,and 4wd!!!! Oh,life is good!!!!
