Beater wanted, actually a disaster is better

The comments about sacrificing a truck for needed parts got me thinking.
I need one to actually use.
Must be 4x4, any year, any engine as long as it can move about 2 mph and no more than 1000' at a time.

Yard truck to tow some of my junk around the woods, scare yuppie neighboors, hoist engines, maybe even throw on a plow so I can push the Health Agent outta the driveway.

I'll even consider brand X as long as the price goes along with my NH Yankee sensibilities

The ideal candidate would have no fenders, maybe one door, no bed. In short, just like some members projects.

Haha, Carl that sounds like my project truck your describing there, however the only way mine moves is if I forget to block it and it rolls out of the garage and down the driveway (stupid hill). Too bad your not close to michigan, I think you'd find plenty of trucks like your looking for that have the bodies rusted right off for under $500, but hey, they run sometimes.. =)
