Freeway Hop
Has anybody tried pulling most of the rear leaf springs out of the spring pack, and installed air bags to keep the capacity. Since most of the freeway hop is from an unloaded truck, wouldn't running down the road with 10 psi in the bags and a very soft leaf spring assembly cure the beating at 65 mph?? 
What do you think?? I have an 8" all spring lift and am getting beaten up pretty hard. Instead of a full blown air-ride rear end, this could be a feesable option???
