replacement mirror needed

I need the out side case for my 2001 EX door mirror.
Someone wacked it hard in the parking lot, and it didnt give, it just
broke the back side of the mirror(2 shaft towing mirror style)
Can i get that piece or do i need to order a whole mirror.
Also my drivers side mirror never defrosts or moves electrically.
Never has since i bought it used.. What would kill off all the functions of one mirror but the pass side one works great. Minus the busted case now
