This is actually an 300 engine performance question rather than a 80-86 truck question.

Considering they made this engine for the years involving this paticular forum, I'd say this was just as good of place to post my question as the engine performace section. So if your going to take the time to post, at least try to answer the question or something helpful, geez, you must be a politican..touche`

I have not seen a turbo kit for the 300, but I am sure there are some universal kits you could adapt to your truck. Million is right though, the 300 has been in use for decades, and this forum will only net a few replies from this era of it's use. If no one else has a better answer, you should try there and see if someone with and older truck has done it. A turbo'd 300 would be pretty cool to see. BTW, nice truck

No, I am probably the most helpful guy on here.

My help was to direct you to the forum that best relates to your question

Your question does not relate to the 80-86 trucks specifically

It relates to the 300 and the use of a turbo.

This is an ENGINE question.

"A Place for everything & everything in its place"

BTW <> why do you have such a large pic in your sig ?

Maybe use the thumbnail image instead ?

We can go to your gallery to see your truck

Got ya, so I guess I can expect to go back and see you post the same thing on posts that people have made like this? As I seem to remember...the engine IS part of the truck unless I'm just totally off base there. I mean just how far does this go? I mean are we only supposed to post things about the body of the truck on this forum? I see alot of posts about engine swaps and such and I don't remember seeing you add your 2 cents there...think about it. I'm not disagreeing with your suggestion all together, I posted there also, but please, if you are going to post things like your first statement, think before posting. And my pic is just fine, if you don't like it, don't look at it, if you want a thumbnail, then make yours a thumbnail. Thank God we live in a free country right?

Here's a link to FTE's TURBOCHARGER forum

It is for users to ask Turbocharger questions

I re-direct people to the Right place to ask questions ..all the time around here.

Think of it as being " In the Know " and willing to help everyone who comes here.

I'm sorry you don't understand.

Please read my sig a couple of times.

Oh ya, I don't have a picture in my sig and FTE frowns on large pics in sigs so I don't know why you said that

Wow, just wow lol, well then, please by all means give us the guidelines to what we can post and what we can't in this paticular forum, as I said before, I see all kinds of questions posted here regarding all kinds of issues dealing with their truck from 80-86, this is a general forum dealing with issues on those paticular year trucks, sure there are other forums that deal with specifics of some of those issues but there is nothing wrong with posting those issues here so long as they are on the year trucks specified for this forum. Wether you were trying to helpful or not is irrelivant, and please don't try to hide behind a sig to try to justify your smug comments, its easy to see past that so don't give me that. And trust me, I understand completly. And yes, once again you missed my point, I never said you had a picture, I really don't care wether you do or not, my point being, if you want a thumbnail, then put one, I liked my picture the way it was....oh but nice work getting with your forum admin buddies on removing my picture just because your little ego got bruised. Eh well I'm done wit you, your insignificant, on to people that have real input.
