walmart code reader
Hi I Have A 1990 F150 And Having Problems With Idle Surge. I Have Cleaned The iac. And Reset The Computer. And Checked For Vac Leak. I Was Wondering If The Code readers Walmart Sells are Any Good. And Would They Read Codes On A Truck As Old As mine. Thanks All

Yep. They will work just fine as long as they are for Ford OBD-I. I think that I paid $30 for mine at an Autozone.
On a side note, you may want to avoid capitalizing each word. It throws us off as we read.

I just bought one for my 87 150 came with book and instructions to do several tests on engine and fuel injection i payed 30 as well from advance auto its a actron code reader it did help me figure out afew things I think its money well spent ive heard about the paper clip trick never tried it though computer and paper clips didnt sit well with me
