There's several screws you need to remove depending on year and make. The window crank can have a clip behind it, my '92 ranger has a cover over the window that snaps out of the way to allow access to the screw. Usually 1or2 screws in the arm rest. After removingg all screws, again depending on year and make pry the panel out. It snaps it with clips. Some newer fords the panel pulls straight up instead of prying it out.
