'00 Code Help

My Excursion has been running poorly upon start-up. I had a similar problem once before, a new fuel filter fixed it. This time, that did not help. I just read the codes and got the following:

P1211 - ICP Not Controllable - Pres Above/Desired
P1212 - ICP Voltage not at expected levels
P0470 - Exhaust Back Pres Sensor Circuit Error
P0340 - Camshaft Pos Sensor Circuit Error (bank1/1 Sensor)

Are these all related? What is the recomended fix? What is the ICP and how do you replace it?

I replaced the CPS a year or so ago, but it could be going out again, although it behaved differently back them (the classic dieing).

Thanks

Sounds like the ICP sensor has headed south - Driver side front top of engine next to HPOP reservoir 2 wire sensor harness
Clean the EBP sensor and tube

Clear the codes and if 340 comes back then replace it once you are sure it is not a wiring issue. There is a spot above the CPS where the harness attaches to the front of the engine that can chafe if it comes loose

When my CPS started going out it kicked out the p0340 and p0470 code, so my guess is the CPS starting to go out.
