Tow mirrors

Anyone know where i can get tow mirrors for my 2002 XLT Excursion. I need the power with heat and would like to get the ones with turn signals if they would work on my truck. What are my options? Thanks in Advance!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am not happy with the current slide on tow mirrors.

I picked up a set of heated telescopic power tow mirrors (not turn signal) off Ebay brand new in the box OEM for $152 to my door. Should have bought a second set at that price as a spare. Seller had 50 sets but there long gone.

I don't know if you found any or not yet but I am looking for the same thing and this web site has the cheapest prices I've found. The only thing is they don't have the turn signal but for this price ($150 bucks for both sides) its to good to pass up.

The problem you may find with the ultra cheap non OEM tow mirors is that the glass will vibrate so much while driving that they are practically useless. I bought OEM's for that very reason. I know, I know, not everybody that has bought them has had that problem, but I did not want to be another one who did.

Ford Part # 17683 is the heated/power/turn signal tow mirror.

Ford part # 17D742 is the black outside cover for the mirror. You need a right and left of each.

HOLY $^!(&$, I'll tell my brother the part numbers--he can get them for himself and I'll get him something else!

Now I'm really glad they came with my truck.

Does anyone know if the heated, power & turn signal tow mirrors will attach to the 2002 XLT Excursion without modifying. I have the grey rectagular plug in the door panel.

if your X had the factory paddle mirrors with the signals then all you have to do is run a wire for the running light.
IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED, I HAVE A SET OF POWER, HEATED, NON-SIGNAL WITH THE CHROME PUTCO COVERS ON THEM FOR SALE. LOOK AND WORK PERFECTLY EXCEPT THERE IS A PENCIL POINT CHIP IN THE CHROME ON THE R/S MIRROR. THEY ARE 4 MONTHS OLD AND ARE OEM FORD PARTS. NOT AFTERMARKET.
