Road Armor bumper install issue

Road Armor bumper install issue
Does anyone on here have or installed a front bumper on their trucks? I have my bumper powdercoated so they took off the bracket and did them seperate. The shop doing the install put the bumper on now cant get the bracket to fit on the frame and bumper. And of course all of road armor techs are on travel so we are kinda stuck until they check their email and hopefully respond and call us. Can anyone help me out

no I dont have any pics. Where the bracket would mount I think its not fitting flush. Its hard to tell Im not installing it only going by the shop. I find it hard to believe that there is nobody at road armor that can help either. Everyone cannot be on travel.

Did the same shop doing the install also do the powdercoating? Maybe they reversed the brackets, L/R to R/L, and/or have them upside down. Powdercoating isn't usually too thick so that shouldn't be a problem. Unless there's a run or bubble in the coating at the mounting point.
