The brake lines on my '97 F150 are severely rusted and need replaced. I stopped in to the local dealer to see if they were available from Ford already bent and cut to length. The parts guy said that they are not. Is this true( I was not real confident in his answer)? Does anyone know if they are available anywhere? If not I guess I'll have to make them up.
I've never seen pre-bent brake lines for these trucks.
At the dealership I work at we replace them with universal lines of the right length. Sometimes you'll need a couple adapters or connectors to join them all together and make them fit.

You may need to buy a harbor freight flaring tool if you don't already have one, but the universal lines are the only way to go.
I did have to cut a 3/16" universal line to put on the next-sized-bigger male threaded end (made specifically for 3/16" line) for my rear-ABS-only entry to the master cylinder, so that piece was a pain in the **** to find (Ford doesn't even carry it).
